Are You Using the Wrong Feng Shui Bagua?

There are too many misleading feng shui information nowadays, both online and off. As a feng shui consultant, the most common ones I’ve seen is clients thinking that placing a celestial animal, crystal, water feature, etc. somewhere in their home is feng shui. No, that is NOT feng shui.

These type of feng shui myths and misconceptions are what I call “fast food feng shui”. It’s just like when you feeding yourself with fast food – it disguises itself as a meal but as we all know about fast food meals, they’re more harm than good!

“Fast food feng shui” is what I call watered-down information which not only confuses people, but sometimes make things worse because they inadvertently activate afflictions that create more challenges for them. They’re information to make you THINK you’re applying feng shui, but in reality, you’re not.

The Most Common Feng Shui Bagua in Mainstream Media is Part of “Fast Food Feng Shui”

When you ask professor Google on how to feng shui, you’ll no doubt find the prominent “Feng Shui Bagua”, shown below:

If you’re using this feng shui bagua to practice DIY feng shui, then I’m sorry to say – you’re doing it wrong.

For those of you who dug deeper into this practice, I’m sure you got even more confused because of the massive amount of conflicting information. Some schools orient the bagua using the direction of the house, while other schools orient it using the front door…

No matter how it’s used, you’re using the WRONG feng shui bagua to begin with.

What’s Wrong with This Feng Shui Bagua?

Honestly, do these really make sense to you that:

• EVERYONE’S career corner is in the North, relationship corner in the Southwest, wealth corner in the Southeast… so on and so forth.
• The millions and billions of homes, all around the world, facing different directions, having different interior layouts, bed placements, etc. should be feng shui’d the SAME way.
• Feng shui is once-and-done, so once you’ve fengshui-ed the space you no longer have to bother with it again (This may not be obvious to everyone )

If it’s really that easy to apply feng shui, shouldn’t everyone be having successful careers, enjoying loving relationships and living healthily? Or, at the very least, wouldn’t all feng shui masters be millionaires?

Here are the facts.

Feng shui is NOT a one-size fit all. The way it is meant to be practiced is as unique as your fingerprint. Real feng shui is NOT a simple practice and there are MANY layers to it. Unfortunately, if you want to be able to really harness the power of feng shui – the way it’s meant to be practiced, most times it means needing to go through intense schooling and training.

Here’s the Bagua that I Use

The bagua that I use is the Classical Feng Shui Bagua. In this bagua, each direction also correlates to a unique family member, like father, son, middle daughter, etc., as well as a body part, like arms, kidney, abdominals, etc.

Plus, the Classical Feng Shui Bagua also has a number correlated to each of the eight directions (where the number 5 is at the center), as per Lou Shu, where 1 is North, 2 in Southwest, 3 in the East, etc.

Those numbers can then be applied using Flying Star Feng Shui, which is a school of feng shui based on space and, more importantly, TIME. A specific affliction based on time (represented by those numbers) will correlate to a direction, family member, and body part.

If these sounds like a ton of information, that’s because it is. Feng shui is NOT simple, and the information I shared with you is, frankly, just the tip of the iceberg.

The funniest thing is, I had a hard time finding this classical bagua on the internet (just goes to show how grossly under-represented REAL feng shui is from the mainstream media)! So I thought I’d share it with you for FREE.
