I have noticed different forecasts for my chart and would like to get your perspective. My birthday is September 12, 1961 at 4:15 am. My last 10 year period from 1990 to 1999 was prosperous for me and after that everything slowed done quit a bit. Some due to relationships with family and other problems. In 2004 things improved and have slowly gotten better for me. I appreciate any input and wisdom you may have about this.
