Plus cars are parked facing the apartment building front doors too-What can I do about fixing it. When you walk into the apt, the back door opens to enclosed patio.

Comment on When Feng Shui Bed Placement Rules Conflict: Which Should You Use? by Janice https://fengshuinexus.com/feng-shui-rules/feng-shui-bed-placement-rules-conflict-use/#comment-25049 Sun, 23 Jun 2024 20:06:09 +0000 https://fengshuinexus.com/?p=1053#comment-25049 Hi Victor, seeking your advise on the bed position. My kua is 9, my husband is 5. Our bed can only be placed facing south or west direction. However for west, the room door will face the bed (meaning when you open the door, you can see top half of the bed) and feet will face directly at the toilet door. If it’s south, you won’t face the room door and toilet door. Which direction should I go for? Thank you!

Comment on 21 Feng Shui Mirror Placement Rules and Tips for Your Home by linda https://fengshuinexus.com/feng-shui-tips/feng-shui-mirror-placement-home/#comment-24913 Fri, 07 Jun 2024 05:31:21 +0000 https://fengshuinexus.com/?p=1244#comment-24913 Hi Victor,

Thank you for all the work that you do and the knowledge which you share regarding feng shui and it’s many components and variables. After reading through this article I have a few questions regarding my mirror placement in my apartment.

My stove is located in the South sector of my home, the stove itself is facing Southeast/South. I have a mirror hung on the West wall of the hallway, it faces East and reflects parts of the kitchen. The stove and the mirror are almost perpendicular to each other. When I am standing in the kitchen cooking and looking at the mirror it does not reflect the stove at all, but when I walk North to South or South to North in the hallway passing the mirror, it definitely reflects the stove from both those angles.

Should I remove this mirror as it is not recommended to have any mirrors reflecting a stove? Or can I leave the mirror considering it only reflects the stove from certain angles and not at angles where I am sitting for any long periods of time. The only reason I am partial to even keeping the mirror in this position is because I feel it really opens up that space on the hallway creating more light due to the mirror also reflecting a Eastern/South eastern view of buildings, trees and a little bit of a water view in the solarium located next to the kitchen.

Please let me know your thoughts, any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Comment on A Guide to Feng Shui Bagua Mirrors – Use, Placement & More by Elizabeth https://fengshuinexus.com/feng-shui/a-guide-to-feng-shui-bagua-mirrors-use-placement-more/#comment-24859 Sun, 02 Jun 2024 01:34:06 +0000 https://fengshuinexus.com/?p=42242#comment-24859 Hi Victor,
I have had a bagua on my house for several years and had no issues. I don’t think I should hang it above my door (my porch is covered at the top so it reflects my porch in the mirror) so I hang it to the right of my door – the door opens toward my bagua. I noticed recently that the mirror had come loose, so I hot glued it back together.
I have been having a lot of trouble recently and I’m wondering if it’s because I didn’t repair my bagua correctly. Should I replace it, and should I make more of an effort to put it over my door?

Is this bad feng shui (the pressing sha) or is too far away to affect us since it’s across the street?

I have noticed different forecasts for my chart and would like to get your perspective. My birthday is September 12, 1961 at 4:15 am. My last 10 year period from 1990 to 1999 was prosperous for me and after that everything slowed done quit a bit. Some due to relationships with family and other problems. In 2004 things improved and have slowly gotten better for me. I appreciate any input and wisdom you may have about this.
Sincerely, Thankyou, Sue P.

Comment on How to Optimize Your Life with Eight Mansion Feng Shui by Marcia Butchart https://fengshuinexus.com/feng-shui/how-to-optimize-your-life-with-eight-mansion-feng-shui/#comment-24635 Wed, 01 May 2024 22:28:56 +0000 https://fengshuinexus.com/?p=42839#comment-24635 I know you allow the people born in “5” years to be Fives. But Five has no direction! In fact, the East-West school assigns the other Earth-y trigrams–8 and 2–to those born in a 5 year depending on gender. But if one is to accept being a 5, does this mean that the person can cope with any house, East or West Group? Or is it more that the person will never have a true place to call “home”?

I am looking for remedies of kitchen at front of house as my living room is toward the back of the house (or rather in the centre of our home as we then have a conservatory on the back). Guests pass the kitchen to get to the conservatory and the living room feels more like a walkthrough area.

Eventually we would like to open the whole room out by turning conservatory into an extension, but in the meantime how can we remedie the living areas being at the back?

Kitchen is currently being remodelled, but too expensive to move to the back.
